• Our General Manager will lead the business to deliver solid financial results while engaging our guests and team. Being guest-centric with experience of P&L & H&S, you will be the leader of this business. We aim to empower GMs to own their properties and drive progression, building upon the success of Compass Hospitality. Must be KPI Driven and thrive under pressure.
• Our General Manager will have passion and commitment to quality, be willing to create a welcoming environment, and provide guests with great stories that make them want to visit again and again.
• This is an ideal role for an existing General Manager, previous experience working in a multi-site or multi-faceted operation. They will be confident in leading a team and motivational.
